Several nobles, accompanied by their servants, receive an invitation to seek refuge from a pestilence outbreak in a luxurious villa nestled in the scenic Italian countryside. Initially intended as a lavish holiday with wine-soaked revelry, the retreat becomes a wild and indulgent affair. However, as the social norms begin to unravel, the idyllic escape transforms into a desperate fight for survival. The once joyous romp in the hills of Tuscany turns into a harrowing struggle where alliances are tested, and instincts for self-preservation take center stage.
